Senior IT Project Manager Location: Bellevue, Washington (Onsite) Duration: 7 month contract Role Overview This role involves managing the entire project lifecycle for IT projects and initiatives, from definition through implementation. The position is accountable for meeting agreed-upon scope, cost, schedule, and quality measures. The role requires providing day-to-day direction to project resources and ensuring effective change management occurs throughout the project course. Key Responsibilities Develop project plans and drive project milestones. Establish and maintain an effective communication plan with the project team and key stakeholders. Provide daily direction and guidance to project resources. Ensure effective change management is implemented throughout the project. Prepare project documentation, status reports, and budgets. Manage projects to meet scope, cost, schedule, and quality standards. Required Qualifications Skills: This role requires proficiency in oral and written communications, interpersonal negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis, and problem-solving. Technical Skills: Specialized knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word is required.
