Grey Parrot Systems (GPARROT) is hiring an experienced Senior IT Project Manager with proven SAP Sales and Service Cloud delivery experience and deep utilities industry expertise to own enterprise IT project delivery at a regulated electric and gas utility in the Bellevue / Bothell, WA area. About the Role This is a senior project management role for an IT leader who has owned enterprise application project delivery end-to-end — scope, cost, schedule, and quality — in a regulated utility environment. The current assignment supports enhancements to a recently deployed SAP Sales and Service Cloud platform and the extension of that platform to additional user communities across the enterprise, delivered iteratively. This means the role also owns demand intake, backlog prioritization, and release sequencing alongside traditional project governance responsibilities. You will develop and drive the project plan, establish an effective communication framework with the project team and key stakeholders, provide day-to-day direction to cross‑functional project resources, and ensure structured change management occurs throughout delivery. Must-Have Skills 8+ years of IT project management experience — including 5+ years owning enterprise application projects end-to-end Utilities domain experience — IT project delivery for a regulated electric, gas, or combination utility with working knowledge of the utility customer landscape SAP Sales and Service Cloud experience — hands‑on project delivery on the platform including implementation, enhancement, or user community rollout Demonstrated accountability for scope, cost, schedule, and quality on projects of comparable size and complexity Experience managing iterative or hybrid Agile delivery — pipeline management, backlog prioritization, and release planning Ability to provide day‑to‑day direction to cross‑functional teams — business users, internal IT, and third‑party system integrators Structured change management and change control experience within a governed, compliance‑sensitive environment Preparation and ownership of project documentation, status reporting, and budget tracking Specialized proficiency with MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision‑making, analysis, and problem‑solving skills What You'll Do Own the full project lifecycle for SAP Sales and Service Cloud enhancement and rollout initiatives — from project definition through implementation and go‑live Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans — scope, schedule, budget, resource plan, risk register, and governance framework Drive project milestones and manage day-to-day delivery across cross‑functional teams spanning business users, internal IT, and third‑party system integrators Manage demand intake, backlog prioritization, and release sequencing for iterative platform enhancements and user community rollouts Establish and maintain an effective communication plan with the project team and key stakeholders — providing regular status updates, risk assessments, and executive reporting Own project documentation — project charters, status reports, RAID logs, change requests, and budget tracking Enforce structured change management and change control processes throughout delivery — ensuring compliance with regulated utility governance requirements Facilitate stakeholder workshops, steering committee meetings, and sprint / release reviews Identify, assess, escalation, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively Manage third‑party system integrators and vendor deliverables — holding partners accountable to agreed scope, quality, and timelines Drive continuous improvement in project delivery practices across the SAP Sales and Service Cloud program Support go‑live readiness — cutover planning, UAT coordination, training, and hyper‑care management Preferred Qualifications Exposure to SAP IS-U / S/4HANA Utilities billing and the associated FI‑CA and FI / CO integration PMP, PMI‑ACP, CSM, or SAFe certification Experience with SAP Customer Experience (CX) suite — SAP Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or C4C Familiarity with NERC / FERC regulatory compliance requirements in a utility environment Experience managing large‑scale SAP platform rollouts across multiple user communities Background in electric, gas, or combination utility customer operations, billing, or field service programs Details Location: Bellevue / Bothell, WA — On‑Site Experience: 8+ years (5+ years enterprise application PM) Type: Full‑Time Domain: Regulated Electric & Gas Utility — utilities experience mandatory Start: Immediate Equal Opportunity Statement Grey Parrot Systems is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
