Physical Therapist (PT) - Pediatrics

Therapy/Rehabilitation PT Pediatrics

Schedule: 5x8 M-F, shifts from 08:30 to 17:00.

Assignment Details

Contract length is 13-26 weeks with guaranteed hours. The facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.

Requirements

• Pediatric experience required.
• 1 year of experience required.
• BLS certification required.
• Current PT license in the state required.
• Charting experience with Epic.
• Local radius is 50 miles, local rate may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to pediatric patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as necessary.
• Educate patients and families about therapy processes and goals.
