Utilize multiple data sources to determine health problems and functional status. Utilize Recovery Oriented Framework to identify patient strengths. Perform point of care testing. Communicate findings effectively to healthcare team members. Document patient responses to treatment interventions. Identify and de-escalate crisis situations using verbal and non-verbal techniques. Plan and modify nursing interventions for assigned patients. Participate in the development of the multidisciplinary treatment plan. Provide and implement nursing care interventions.
