Your Role As a member of our clinical team you will provide patient‑centered care, perform urgent care procedures, collaborate with specialists, and manage efficient clinic flow. Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for a variety of urgent care conditions. Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including x‑rays, labs, and EKGs. Perform typical urgent care procedures such as laceration repair, I&Ds, and splint applications. Collaborate with a network of peers and specialists to enhance patient outcomes. Triage and manage patients efficiently, maintaining an average of 4–5 patients per hour. Benefits & Compensation 401(k) with a 2% employer match. Weekend & holiday differential of 6.1%. Competitive base salary: Part Time $75,660–$119,449 (including bonus) and Full Time $113,490–$201,177 (including bonus). Qualifications Physician Assistant: Medical/Master’s degree with a valid state license and national certification. Nurse Practitioner: RN license, NP certification, and a valid state license. Requirements Valid, unrestricted medical license. Ability to treat patients of all ages. DOT certification obtained prior to start date (course and exam covered by Carbon Health). BLS certification required and must be obtained before first day.
