Physician Assistant (PA) for an Associate Medical Director
Seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) for an Associate Medical Director role combining clinical care with leadership responsibilities. This leadership role supports providers, oversees quality initiatives, and maintains an active clinical practice.
Schedule
Monday–Friday• 1 administrative/leadership day• 4 clinical days
Compensation
- $150K – $200K annually
- Annual leadership stipend
- Signing bonus
- Loan repayment eligibility
- Provide clinical leadership and provider mentorship
- Support quality initiatives and care coordination
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and provider evaluations
- Deliver full-scope adult primary care
- Collaborate on policy development and program design
- Active CA Physician Assistant license
- Board certified
- 3+ years clinical experience
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Community health or underserved experience is a plus
