Nektar Therapeutics seeks a Director, AI Program Management & Development Transformation to lead AI-enabled transformation across Development. You will drive process optimization, dashboards, and intelligent workflows, aligning with governance and responsible AI practices. You will partner with Clinical Development, Clinical Operations, Biometrics, Regulatory Affairs, and other Development functions to identify high-impact AI use cases, develop roadmaps, and adoption strategies for Copilot and #J-18808-Ljbffr International Executive Service Corps
