Responsibilities
- Delivers coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervises and directs activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinates care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment.
- Monitors patient status and responses to therapies; administers medications and interventions as prescribed; documents changes and communicates with the care team.
- Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans; adjusts plans as patient needs evolve.
- Ensures patient safety, privacy, and comfort; adheres to infection prevention and safety policies; advocates for patients and families.

Requirements
- Current RN license to practice in Oregon or eligibility for licensure by endorsement
- ICU nursing experience preferred or ability to work in a high-acuity critical care setting
- Ability to work nights and 12-hour shifts
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Eligibility to work in the United States and ability to fulfill travel assignment requirements
