Job Title: Insurance Coverage Litigation Attorney


About the Role


I'm partnered with a prestigious, multiple office law firm that is seeking an experienced Insurance Coverage Attorney to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years of insurance coverage litigation experience and a strong background advising insurers and policyholders on complex coverage issues. This role offers the opportunity to handle sophisticated matters, work closely with clients, and contribute meaningfully to case strategy and firm growth. This role will be a senior level associate or Partner position (depending on experience).

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
  
  
• Admitted and in good standing in CA
  
  
• 1+ years of insurance coverage and coverage litigation experience or civil litigation defense expeirnece
  
  
• No book of business is necessary (but one would be a plus)
  
  
• Strong knowledge of insurance law and policy interpretation
  
  
• Proven ability to manage cases independently while working collaboratively with a team
  
  
• Experience with complex or high-exposure coverage disputes
  
  
• Familiarity with bad faith litigation
