The Global Supply Management (GSM) Function is recognized as a critical function for business success. Role Purpose

 

The Supply Chain Project Manager leads the Supply Chain-side project management for the design, development, and global deployment of the Intake & Orchestration (I/O) tool and the Supplier Data Management (SDM) foundation. This role partners closely with the IT Project Manager to drive an integrated build and release plan and works directly with the Transformational Program Manager to sequence and execute deployment across approximately 150 sites globally. Post-deployment, this role continues to support Supply Chain Operations by leading project management for future tools, processes, and capabilities implemented within Operations and with business partners.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Lead the Supply Chain project management workstream for I/O and SDM design and development.
• Partner with the IT Project Manager to drive an integrated build plan, sprint cadence, and release milestones.
• Support the Transformational Program Manager in orchestrating global deployment across ~150 sites.
• Own project-level planning, milestones, dependencies, RAID log, and status reporting for the SC workstream.
• Coordinate with the CoE, Business Integrators, and Regional Hub Leads on deployment readiness and execution.
• Continue to lead project management for future Supply Chain Operations tools, processes, and capability deployments.
• Support Governance forums with clear reporting on scope, schedule, risks, and decisions requiring escalation.
• Represent the Supply Chain perspective in cross-functional design and delivery decisions.

 

Education and Experience- Required:

 

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience delivering complex, cross-functional programs
• Experience leading in a matrixed environment, balancing business and IT priorities
• Experience with Agile delivery practices and integrated planning across Supply Chain and IT
• Experience managing multi-year, multi-site technology deployments

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

• PMP, Agile / Scrum, or SAFe certification
• Experience with ServiceNow, ERP transformations, or supplier data platforms
• Prior experience supporting global operating model transitions (e.g., hub-and-spoke or shared services)
• Experience managing risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment across multiple businesses and sites

The range for this position is $104,876.00 - $144,205.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
