Director, Global Clinical Physician (Neuroscience)

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Director, Global Clinical Physician for Neuroscience to provide medical oversight and accountability across multiple clinical trials in Phases 1-3. The role leads study delivery teams, manages safety assessments, and drives clinical development strategy within a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead medical data review and eligibility assessments for clinical trials
• Assess and oversee safety-related serious adverse events with Patient Safety team
• Collaborate with Clinical Scientists on protocol development and clinical strategy
• Design clinical plans aligned with regulatory and disease strategy objectives
• Author clinical content for regulatory submissions, CSRs, and briefing documents

Requirements

• MD or international equivalent required
• 5+ years of industry and/or clinical trials experience
• Subspecialty training in neuroscience or applicable therapeutic area desired
• Expertise in drug development process and clinical trial execution
• Strong scientific and statistical knowledge including hypothesis testing and data interpretation
• Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional team collaboration abilities
• Clear communication skills for scientific and clinical presentations

Compensation: Cambridge Crossing: $308,700–$374,075; Madison-Giralda, NJ and Princeton, NJ: $275,630–$333,998
