Pinnacle Health & Rehab at North Berwick is excited to welcome a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to our team! We're offering up to a $2,500 sign-on bonus for full-time RNs and $1,000 for part-time , plus the opportunity to grow your clinical skills in a supportive, team-focused environment.

At Pinnacle, you’ll care for a wide range of clinically complex patients—an ideal setting for new nurses, nursing students, and experienced RNs looking to expand their skills with the support of knowledgeable, experienced mentors.

RN Charge Nurse – Job Summary

As an RN at Pinnacle, you will:

• Provide high-quality nursing care and oversee daily clinical operations

• Collaborate with a dedicated interdisciplinary healthcare team

• Uphold professional nursing standards

• Play an active role in developing individualized care plans for residents

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing ( nursing students encouraged to apply!)

• Current Maine RN license

• Knowledge of the nursing process, especially as it relates to geriatrics, long-term care, and rehabilitation

• Commitment to teamwork, communication, and exceptional resident care
