Enable all aspects of mixed-signal, transistor-level custom IC design including logical design, custom layout, parameterized cells, automated place and route tools, physical design verification (LVS, DRC), ERC, Layout Parasitic Extraction, pre and post layout netlisting and simulation, digital and analog circuit simulation, timing and power analysis, reliability simulation and analysis (including HCI, BTI, EM/IR), tape out and mask generation. Drive close collaboration with DRAM design, layout, & verification methodology teams to propose and co-develop capabilities outstanding or under supported by EDA vendors and deploy outstanding practices and methodologies consistently to DRAM designs worldwide. Drive research & development at the intersection of IC Design Automation and Machine Learning to envision, scope, develop and deliver ML-based solutions benefiting IC design.Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.Position requires:1. VLSI Design;2. Software Programming & Development;3. IC design and EDA tools;4. Design verification including DRC, LVS, parasitic extractions;5. CMOS circuits;6. Python/TCL/SKILL scripting; and 7.
