The Community Living Manager is responsible for managing employees and program services for individuals with disabilities living independently. This position manages program implementation and quality standards; employee performance and productivity; individual, family/guardian and funder satisfaction; and fiscal responsibility. Ensures program activities meet organizational guidelines, funder requirements, and accreditation standards.

Qualifications for this role include:

• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field, 1 year of experience working with individuals with disabilities and 1 year supervisory experience.
• Or, without degree, 2 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities and 1 year supervisory experience.
• Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
