Finance SME – SAP S/4HANA
\n3 days a week onsite in Charlotte NC
\n \nAbout the Role
\nWe’re looking for a Finance SME with hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience to bridge Finance and IT. This role will drive process improvements, system optimization, and ongoing transformation initiatives.
\nWhat You’ll Do
\n- \n
- Act as the Finance lead for SAP S/4HANA enhancements and support \n
- Translate accounting requirements into functional SAP solutions \n
- Support end-to-end processes (GL, AP, AR, Assets, Cost Centers, Close) \n
- Identify gaps and improve finance processes using S/4 best practices \n
- Lead UAT, documentation, and post-go-live support \n
- Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, and IT teams \n
- Drive issue resolution and continuous improvement \n
What You Bring
\n- \n
- 5+ years in Finance/Accounting with ERP experience \n
- Hands-on S/4HANA implementation (not just end-user) \n
- Strong knowledge of GL, AP, AR, assets, and financial close \n
- Ability to connect financial processes to system design \n
- Strong communication with both business and technical teams \n

- CPA/CMA \n
- SAP S/4 Finance (Universal Journal, Asset Accounting) \n
- SAP Activate or similar methodology \n
- SAP Analytics / reporting tools \n
- IFRS or US GAAP knowledge \n
