Clinical Social Worker - Fee For Service

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers to provide a mix of telehealth and face‑to‑face sessions in Irving, Texas. This role is eligible for a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours of availability per week. What We’re Looking For Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) in Texas, actively licensed, unrestricted, and living in the state where services are provided. Providers willing to see 25+ sessions per week. Behavioral health generalists (open to seeing couples/children, with our support). Clinicians who value autonomy and also enjoy being part of a team. Those interested in clinical leadership or supervisory roles. Strong character matters — we value integrity, openness, and a commitment to quality care. Compensation Up to $100,300, based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities. What We Provide Guaranteed, bi‑weekly pay (no need to wait on reimbursement).
