Senior Accountant

Base pay range $35.00/hr - $45.00/hr We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join a growing finance team and take ownership of key accounting functions across the month-end close, financial reporting, and day-to-day operational accounting. This role offers broad exposure, the opportunity to streamline processes, and the ability to partner closely with leadership across the organization. Responsibilities Manage components of the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close process Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules Assist with GAAP-compliant financial statements and internal management reporting Support budgeting and forecasting activities as needed Maintain and improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls Participate in audits and coordinate with external auditors Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3-5+ years of progressive accounting experience (public or corporate) Strong understanding of GAAP and core accounting processes Proficiency with Excel and accounting/ERP systems Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
