Robotics Clinical Sr Sales Representative

Zimmer Biomet seeks a Robotics Clinical Senior Sales Representative to support technology product launches at key customer accounts. The role involves training surgical teams on robotic systems, managing account onboarding, and ensuring customer satisfaction across the Sacramento region with up to 75% travel.
Responsibilities
- Develop account-specific launch plans for sustainable technology adoption
- Lead surgical teams through training on ROSA system and related technologies
- Coordinate system installation, in-service training, and clinical support during enablement
- Partner with Technology Solutions Manager and field service on account onboarding
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and maintain professional communications
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or technical discipline preferred
- Minimum 3 years clinical sales experience or 1 year orthopedic sales experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong presentation and demonstration abilities
- Proven track record of achieving results
Compensation: $80,000-$120,000 base plus $50,000-$75,000 incentive pay
