Business Development Manager

ME Plumbing is looking for a motivated, outgoing, and relationship-driven Business Development Manager to help grow our residential and commercial customer base while strengthening community relationships and brand presence. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys meeting new people, building trust, networking in the community, and representing a company with professionalism and energy.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with residential and commercial clients.
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, community outreach, and relationship building.
- Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Represent ME Plumbing at community events, networking groups, and local functions.
- Help strengthen ME Plumbing's brand presence both online and in person.
- Communicate professionally with customers, office staff, and management.
- Assist with social media engagement, promotions, and community visibility.
- Track leads, customer communication, and sales activity using company systems.
- Work closely with the operations and service team to ensure a great customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Plumbing industry experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners, business owners, and community leaders.
- Proficient with computers, email, and basic software systems.
- Comfortable using social media platforms professionally.
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
- Positive attitude with strong customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Compensation & Benefits:
