With the implementation of the Da Vinci Surgical System in 2026, this physician will have the opportunity to help grow and shape a regional urology program while building a high-volume practice supported by an established referral network and a collaborative medical staff.

The incoming physician will have the opportunity to shape the growth of urology services in Shawnee while benefiting from dedicated OR access, emerging robotic capabilities, an established referral network, and the resources of SSM Health.

• Guaranteed base salary for 24 months
