Essential Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide compassionate care while promoting resident dignity, independence, and well-being.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to licensed nursing staff.
• Measure and record vital signs accurately.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Follow individualized care plans and facility policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and other team members to provide exceptional resident care.

Qualifications

• Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach to care.
