Responsibilities

• Manage Emails: Read and reply to emails from clients and truck drivers quickly and politely (they get a lot of emails a day!).
• Track Shipments: Keep an eye on incoming trucks and shipping containers to make sure everything arrives safely and on time.
• Paperwork & Systems: Type orders and shipping receipts into the computer system.
• Check the Inventory Numbers: Look at the computer systems to make sure the warehouse records perfectly match what the clients see on their screens
• Teamwork: Work closely with the warehouse crew to schedule when trucks should come pick up or drop off items
