The Merchandise Admin supports QVC, and our day-to-day administrative functions. This opportunity allows you to contribute directly to the success of our merchandising operations, ensuring seamless processes and supporting our exceptional customer experiences.

Where You'll Work

This role is remote; job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: PA, NJ, or DE. This role may require you to be on site at our West Chester, PA location as needed.

What You'll Do

Supports buying teams by creating items and purchase orders, reviewing and correcting data, and performing essential data entry functions.

Manages product data uploads, transfers, and inputs to build items and maintain accurate purchase orders.

Ensure seasonal readiness by executing promotional pricing accurately and within required timeframes.

Collaborates with internal teams to respond to time-sensitive requests, provide execution, communicate updates, and escalate issues as needed.

Works independently and as part of a team, adapting to the needs of each task or request.

Provides troubleshooting and support to Omni-Buying, cross-functional teams, and buyers.

What You'll Bring

Proficiency in PC and network systems (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)

Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills

Ability to execute tasks quickly and accurately in a dynamic, multi-platform environment

Effective decision-making and adaptability in fast-paced, evolving settings

Customer-focused mindset

Minimum Education: High School Graduate GED

Experience: Retail, Customer Service, or related experience

Education: Associate or bachelor's degree in communication, Merchandising, Buying, Customer Experience & Service, Operations, or related field
