Conflicts Attorney

Fantastic opportunity to join the Conflicts department of a Am Law 100 firm. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days on-site per week. You'll be a go-to subject matter expert on conflicts of interest, owning the full lifecycle from new business intake and lateral hire checks through OCG negotiation, ethical screen administration, and RFP support. You'll guide and develop junior conflicts staff, advise the Business Intake Approval Committee, and exercise genuine independent judgment on complex, confidential matters with firm-wide significance. Responsibilities Analyzing and clearing potential conflicts for new matters, laterals, and RFPs Administering ethical screens across multiple jurisdictions Supporting the ongoing development of the conflicts analyst team Driving workflow improvements What You'll Bring Minimum 3 years' big law firm experience in a conflicts attorney role. Strong working knowledge of Intapp (conflicts and wall builder), 3E, Lexis/Westlaw preferred Excellent written communication and project management skills Experience in a large international firm is strongly preferred.
