Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients spanning pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations using both standardized assessments and observational techniques.

Design tailor-made treatment plans that cater to immediate objectives as well as long-standing communication, cognitive, or swallowing needs.

Deliver personalized one-on-one speech therapy interventions targeting areas such as communication, language, fluency, voice production, and swallowing.

Foster collaborations with physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and family members to ensure holistic and cohesive care strategies.

Provide education for both patients and families to promote progress beyond the therapy sessions.

Conduct necessary inpatient speech therapy evaluations and therapeutic interventions, thus ensuring seamless continuity of care.

Keep precise and timely records in accordance with state, federal, and organizational regulations.

Remain abreast of advancements in the field through continuous professional development and collaborative learning.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Successful completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if ASHA certification is not yet obtained.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within the first month of employment.

Expertise in evidence-based treatment methods applicable across various age groups, paired with a deep understanding of both developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Exceptional ability to communicate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams.

Adeptness in adjusting therapy approaches to accommodate myriad cultural and linguistic contexts.

Proficiency with electronic medical records and adherence to documentation standards.
