Successfully close appointments by demonstrating the company’s value proposition and building trust and credibility. Execute all systems and procedures to ensure client satisfaction and avoid order errors that could affect the company’s bottom line. Measure, record, and configure specifications accurately and efficiently. Provide high‑level client service and follow up in a friendly, professional, and timely manner for internal and external clients. Be flexible to business needs, including appointment scheduling, time‑off requests, team meetings, and training. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred. Availability to work full‑time five days per week, including one weekend day. Proficiency using a PC and Microsoft Windows programs. Ability to quickly learn and follow new technology, processes, and systems. Will drive within canvassing areas and accommodate longer drive times to meet client needs outside the assigned area. Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance. Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds. Preferred Qualifications 2-5 years of relationship selling experience in in‑home or outside sales, preferably in specialty or custom products/services. Retail experience, ideally in a home decor or furnishings field. Education or experience in design and decor. Experience with POS systems.
