Maintain relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals. Stay updated on industry trends and product innovations to provide the best options to customers. Collaborate with the installation team to ensure seamless project execution. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team. Requirements Proven experience in sales, preferably in home decor or window coverings. Strong design sense and the ability to visualize and communicate ideas effectively. Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in design or related field is preferred. Enthusiasm for learning about new products, current automation technologies, and market trends.
