Job Overview A law firm seeks an experienced Workers' Compensation Attorney to join its practice in Irvine, California. The attorney will manage a substantial and complex caseload, ensuring effective representation in workers' compensation matters. Duties Handle day-to-day management of cases and hearings. Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings and motions. Guide clients through the legal process. Interact with expert witnesses and draft reports. Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, and court appearances. Requirements Law degree from an accredited institution. Active member in good standing with the CA State Bar Association. Minimum of 2 years of workers' compensation experience. Ability to manage a high volume of cases. Excellent client service and communication skills. Self-starter with long-term career goals. Superior writing and oral advocacy skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications Active membership with the California State Bar. Skills Strong case management abilities. Effective communication and client service skills. Proficient in legal research and writing. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
