Job Overview A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney with 0-5 years of experience for their Santa Ana, CA office. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of litigation from intake to settlement or trial. This position offers a hybrid work setting with competitive benefits. Duties Handle litigation processes from intake to settlement or trial. Prepare legal documents and conduct legal research. Represent clients in court appearances and trials. Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies. Requirements 0-5 years of experience in workers compensation defense. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Licensed to practice law in California. Skills Proficiency in legal research and writing. Strong negotiation and advocacy skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
