Aerosol Coatings Chemist: Innovate, Scale, Optimize Paints

CPS, Inc. is seeking an early-career R&D Scientist in Illinois to develop aerosol coating formulations for paints and coatings and to participate in scale-up and manufacturing processes. You will design experiments, apply hypothesis-driven methods, and collaborate with a cross-functional team to bring new technologies from bench to market, while addressing stability and application challenges.
