responsibilities:

• Plan and execute assigned laboratory tasks using standard procedures and core scientific principles.
• Independently generate precise, reliable, and reproducible analytical data in a timely manner.
• Document all experimental procedures and findings in compliance with strict regulatory standards.
• Develop detailed protocols for complex analytical tests, assays, and experiments.
• Ensure full compliance with safety, GLP, and GxP requirements across all daily operations.
• Utilize advanced laboratory systems, spreadsheets, and word processing for data analysis.
• Present experimental findings and technical data clearly to cross-functional teams and larger groups.

 
qualifications:



Required Skills

• Education & Experience: BS/BA in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Medical Technology, Biology, or a related field with 5+ years of lab experience; OR a Master's degree with 2+ years of lab experience (pharmaceutical industry preferred).
• Instrument Operation: Proven hands-on proficiency with analytical instruments, including HPLC, GC, UV/VIS, MS, ICP, and LC/MS.
• Software Systems: Direct experience using chromatography data systems (e.g., Empower, Openlab, Chromeleon).
• Compliance & Documentation: Strong technical documentation skills with direct familiarity and understanding of working within a regulated GxP, GMP, and GLP environment.
• Presentation & Communication: Excellent communication skills with the demonstrated ability to present findings to larger audiences.
• Fundamental Knowledge: Strong background in core chemistry fundamentals with solid experimental precision and data interpretation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Demonstrated track record of scientific presentations or publications with scientific organizations.
• Advanced working knowledge and troubleshooting capability for analytical instrumentation.
• Prior experience working specifically within a pharmaceutical industry laboratory environment.
