What We're Looking For: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; technical degrees or previous manufacturing experience are advantageous.

Minimum of 1 year of related mechanical assembly experience; 2+ years and a technical background are preferred.

Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical assembly practices.

Dedication to producing high-quality work and actively seeking process enhancements.

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and endurance.

Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a team environment.
