Bring your passion for excellence to our table.As Sales Coordinator I, you are the liaison between the outside sales team, factory representatives and dealer network, as well as internal departments by helping to streamline processes, enhance communication and contribute to revenue growth. This will require being organized, detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Work is focused on responding to inbound calls and emails related to sales orders and resolving routine order/delivery issues.Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, this position is based in Shreveport, LA.This position is open to candidates who are authorized to work and reside in the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin or Wyoming. Due to payroll, tax, and employment law requirements, applicants must be located in one of these states at the time of hire.Major Accountability:Providing knowledgeable sales supportMaintain a good relationship with factory representatives and dealersProcessing, monitoring and keeping track of purchase ordersLogistics support/resolutionsKey Task & Responsibilities:Resolves routine and basic problems, communicates solution, ensuring satisfactionAddress inquiries, provide product information and process purchase ordersCommunication with outside sales team and internal departmentsMaintain and update customer informationMay utilize a customer relationship application or database to record activities and product informationMay train or mentor less experienced team membersEducation & Experience:High school diploma or equivalent2 – 3 years experience in sales support or administrative roleManufacturing background preferred but not requiredSkills & Abilities:Strong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectivelyDetail oriented with strong analytical skillsCustomer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional serviceProficiency in MS Office applications; ability to operate all related equipment for the roleTime management skillsAble to function in a fast-paced environment coping with frequent changes, delays or unexpected eventsWorking Conditions:Normal office environmentMust be able to sit for long periods of timeOur Benefits:We believe that our people our one of our most valuable assets.
