Branch Office & Customer Experience Coordinator

Best Choice Roofing Company

Best Choice Roofing is seeking an Office Administrator to support the Shreveport branch with customer service, contract/document processing, and employee lifecycle coordination. This role ensures accurate records, timely payments, and smooth office operations.

Ideal candidates have office admin experience, strong MS Office and CRM skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Roofing industry experience is a plus but not required, with local travel as needed.
