Accounts Payable Specialist

For Bare Feet is a leading designer, manufacturer, and marketer of licensed, branded, and private label socks and accessories. We partner with some of the biggest names in sports, retail, and entertainment, delivering quality products to fans through major retailers, specialty channels, and e-commerce. We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Finance team. This position is responsible for supporting the day-to-day accounts payable function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, vendor payments, reconciliations, and related accounting activities. Primary Responsibilities Process vendor invoices into the ERP (Great Plains) system daily and maintain digital approval workflows. Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to account balances. Prepare and process vendor payments while monitoring available discounts and payment terms. Resolve invoice, purchase order, contract, and payment discrepancies. Reconcile vendor statements and related transactions. Reconcile inventory receipts with vendor commercial invoices. Match commercial invoices with freight and customs invoices. Process and reconcile corporate credit card transactions, employee expense statements, refunds, returns, and miscellaneous charges. Code invoices and expenses to the appropriate general ledger accounts and cost centers. Maintain accurate digital and paper filing systems for accounting records. Assist with special projects and other accounting duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required. Minimum of 2 years of accounting or accounts payable experience. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) is required. Required Skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective time management and prioritization skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
