About the Position
Join our growing healthcare team providing high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities throughout Bonham, Texas . We are seeking compassionate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who are passionate about improving the health and quality of life of older adults in a collaborative, team-based environment.
Position Highlights:
- Full-time opportunities with flexible scheduling
- Six-hour facility shifts for full-time providers (rounds typically begin between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.)
- No call or overnight responsibilities
- Conduct daily rounds, manage acute and chronic conditions, and prescribe medications and treatment plans
- Document efficiently using a streamlined EHR with AI Scribe, voice dictation, and a company-provided iPad with LTE
- Access UpToDate® for real-time clinical guidance

Requirements:
- Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
- Board Certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, or NCCPA)
- Skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care experience preferred
