15 or more years of progressive leadership experience in telecommunications infrastructure, underground utility, or heavy civil construction. 7 or more years of experience leading multi-market operations with full P&L responsibility. Executive leadership experience overseeing construction operations across multiple states or markets. Strong understanding of Percentage-of-Completion (POC) and Work-in-Progress (WIP) accounting. Experience managing revenue, gross margin, EBITDA, cash flow, working capital, and operating metrics. Experience with forecasting, project controls, billing, cost-to-complete reporting, earned revenue recognition, and financial controls. Experience overseeing estimating, pricing strategy, proposal development, and preconstruction planning. Experience directing project execution from award through closeout. Strong knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure construction, underground utility construction, or related field operations. Experience managing permitting, right-of-way coordination, environmental compliance, restoration, and regulatory requirements. Experience building and maintaining executive-level customer relationships with telecommunications carriers, utilities, municipalities, or strategic infrastructure customers. Experience leading business development, customer growth, and market expansion initiatives. Experience managing workforce planning, leadership development, fleet, equipment, and operational resources. Demonstrated ability to lead safety, quality, risk management, and operational excellence initiatives. Strong financial analysis, business planning, negotiation, and decision-making skills. Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders, customers, field teams, and corporate leadership. Ability to recruit, mentor, develop, and retain high-performing leaders. Ability to operate with strong financial discipline, accountability, and strategic focus. Ability to resolve complex operational, contractual, financial, and customer-related issues. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience leading telecommunications network infrastructure construction operations in California, Nevada, and Utah. Experience overseeing regional operations generating $25 million or more in annual revenue. Experience leading teams of approximately 40 or more employees. Experience supporting strategic growth in carrier, utility, municipal, or infrastructure markets. Key Performance Indicators Revenue growth. EBITDA and operating margin performance.
