About the team: Our team is committed to supporting sellers on Walmart Marketplace by partnering with enterprise-level, multi-category sellers to offer a broad assortment with excellent value and service. The Marketplace account management team drives growth for high-impact sellers through strategic planning, operational excellence, and collaboration across functions. By leveraging strong stakeholder engagement, data analysis, and business insights, the team delivers effective solutions that enhance seller performance and customer satisfaction. What you'll do: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support business plans and initiatives. Coordinate and oversee job-related activities, ensuring alignment with customer and business needs. Lead strategic account planning, forecasting, and sales activities to drive growth and meet objectives. Provide supervision, mentoring, and development opportunities for associates to enhance team performance. Analyze business metrics and data models to identify improvement opportunities and inform decision-making. Ensure compliance with company policies, ethics, and standards while promoting continuous learning and adaptability. Facilitate effective negotiation and communication to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. What you'll bring: Proven experience in strategic account management with strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills. Ability to analyze business metrics and data models to inform decision-making and identify improvement opportunities. Expertise in negotiation techniques and delivering compelling, fact-based sales proposals. Knowledge of e-commerce, merchandising, and product assortment management to support customer needs. Demonstrated leadership in mentoring, coaching, and developing team members to achieve business goals. Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable plans aligned with company strategy.
