Salary: $128,960 - 137,280 per year Requirements:

• We require an active BCBA certification in Illinois.
• We require at least 1,500 hours of supervised fieldwork.
• We require clear, articulate communication skills.
• We require the ability to explain findings to diverse audiences.
• We prefer previous school-based or pediatric experience.
• We require strong collaboration and communication abilities.
• We require the ability to interact effectively with staff and the public.
• We require the ability to carry out duties in line with district requirements and Board of Education policies.

• We partner with the district as part of a collaborative team to support students in reaching academic, social, and behavioral goals.
• We screen and assess students referred for behavioral intervention and treatment.
• We collect data accurately and report our findings.
• We deliver evidence-based direct and consultative behavioral therapy services as needed.
• We maintain precise documentation and billing in accordance with district and state standards.
• We train teachers and staff on effective strategies and help integrate behavior analysis principles into daily practice.
• We work closely with teachers, district staff, and families to communicate student progress.
• We may use Crisis Prevention Intervention techniques with students.
• We maintain consistent, reliable in-person attendance.
• We must be able to lift at least 50 pounds waist-high, with lifting rest required.

We are hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for an onsite school-based role in South Holland, IL across various locations. This is a school-year, school-day position averaging 35 hours per week, with a compensation range of $62-66 per hour.
