MDM Sr Developer Cleveland, OH Job Description Expertise in IBM MDM version 11x Advanced Edition product with hands‑on implementation and production support; 4+ years of IBM MDM experience required. Expert in .NET and API development. Hands‑on experience with IBM MDM customization including extensions, business proxies, SDP, Match‑Merge rules, event manager, and notifications. Expert in Java JEE development with background in RSA RAD, WebSphere, MDM Workbench, SOAP web services, XML, XSD, and WSDL. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Provide ongoing production support for the MDM AE environment, troubleshooting technical issues, monitoring performance, and ensuring data accuracy. Analyze and resolve (fix) technical issues related to MDM AE such as data loading problems, performance bottlenecks, and application errors. Work closely with the client and other teams such as development and database administration to resolve production‑related issues and ensure seamless operation. Use ticketing systems to document and track production issues, ensuring timely resolution and follow‑up and conducting root‑cause analyses. Experience working with Linux/Unix environments.
