Job Title: Lead MDM Developer Location: Cleveland, OH / Onsite Overview Job Description content needs to be presented clearly with responsibilities, qualifications, and required skills. Responsibilities At least 12 years of experience in software development, specifically in application development and Master data management domains. Lead development team and have strong technical skills in integration technologies, APIs, and web services. Provide technical direction and guidance to the team by conducting code reviews. Contribute to the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-level architecture (preferably both on-prem and cloud). Apply agile methodologies and follow the SDLC. Demonstrate exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills. Technical Skills System Configuration Programming Languages Microservices, Web Services & APIs Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) Database Management Systems Operating Systems Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Methodology Preferred Experience in Customer Master Data Management, hands-on experience with SQL and PL/SQL and expertise in technology integration and designing interfaces between systems. Experience in developing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Azure. Experience in solutioning and developing MDM platforms using Informatica MDM or Semarchy or any other MDM platforms. Expertise in workflow design, configuration, data management through Informatica IDMC. Certifications: Azure certifications and Informatica MDM Certification. Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or a related field and at least 12 years of experience in Information Technology. Preferred: Experience in implementing and supporting Customer Master Data Management technologies.
