You will lead change management initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new technologies and processes. Adhering strictly to Agile and Scrum methodologies, you will adeptly manage projects from inception to successful completion, making sure our solutions deliver real business value. Client Partnership & Value Build deep relationships with CXO stakeholders as a strategic advisor to ensure satisfaction and deliver tangible ROI. You'll also identify new expansion opportunities. Complex Problem Solving & Solution Orchestration Dive into client challenges with first-principles thinking to design impactful solutions. You'll partner with technical teams to translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives and serve as the DRI for on-time, high-quality delivery. Agile Delivery & Project/Program Management Champion Agile and Scrum to oversee a portfolio of complex projects, driving accountability for quality and timely delivery with a proactive mindset. Change Management & Organizational Adoption Lead change management, bridging gaps between teams to facilitate consensus. You'll also upskill clients to effectively leverage new solutions. Functional Skills Strategic Client Management: Build deep, trust-based relationships with senior executives, influencing strategic decisions and ensuring long-term partnership. Complex Problem Solving: Master intricate business and technical challenges, designing and driving innovative solutions. Executive Communication: Possess superior skills to distill complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives for C-level audiences. Agile Program Leadership: Expertly apply Agile and Scrum methodologies to manage a portfolio of high-impact projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and quality. Organizational Change & Value: Lead large-scale change management initiatives and adeptly define, track, and articulate the tangible business value and ROI of solutions. Agile & Project Management Tool Mastery: Expert proficiency in using and optimizing enterprise-grade Agile and PPM tools (e.g., Jira Align, Azure DevOps, Asana, Monday.com, Clarity) to manage complex programs, track progress, and foster collaboration. Data-Driven Decisioning: You leverage data insights from project metrics, client usage, and performance analytics to inform strategic client conversations, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement. Experience & Relevance Senior Client Leadership (8+ Years): You bring extensive experience in senior client-facing roles, with established expertise in building relationships with and influencing C-suite executives. Complex Tech Delivery (5+ Years): You have a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering large-scale, complex technology projects or programs. Agile Transformation & Adoption: You possess substantial experience in leading or contributing to Agile transformations and consistently delivering projects within Agile/Scrum frameworks. Driving Change & Adoption: You demonstrate a history of effectively leading change management initiatives within client organizations, ensuring successful adoption and utilization of new solutions. Multi functional team management: You successfully led cross-functional teams to align on goals and flawlessly execute project delivery, ensuring client satisfaction.
