Ready to own the setup, the cycle, and the quality?Do you thrive setting up and operating CNC mills, lathes, and Swiss machines? Do you read blueprints with confidence and keep tolerances tight? Can you troubleshoot minor hiccups and keep production on pace while documenting inspections and SPC?
