Key Highlights Weekly pay: $1,916–$1,951 per week Guaranteed hours: 40 per week Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: Rotating with 4–10 hour days and on-call requirements Start date: 09/07/2026 Travel assignment in a hospital setting Responsibilities Perform clinical assessment and diagnostic ultrasound examinations with focus on patient safety and comfort Apply cognitive sonographic skills to acquire and adapt images across general abdominal, small parts, vascular, and OB/GYN including fetal surveys Use independent judgment to differentiate normal from pathologic findings and scene-specific imaging techniques Analyze sonograms, synthesize findings with medical history, and communicate results to the referring physician Maintain accurate patient records, document exam findings, and ensure equipment and work area are clean and ready for use Demonstrate flexibility with scheduling, participate in on-call duties, and respond to calls within 30 minutes when needed Requirements Active certification by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) Graduate of a formal diagnostic medical sonography program; Bachelor of Science in Diagnostic Medical Sonography is preferred 2+ years of experience preferred; proficiency in general abdominal, small parts, vascular, and OB/GYN including fetal survey scanning Ability to work independently and within a team in a hospital travel setting Demonstrated ability to read, communicate effectively, and maintain patient confidentiality Benefits and Support Competitive weekly pay within the stated range Guaranteed hours and ongoing support throughout the assignment 24/7 recruiter and travel support Fast credentialing to minimize start delays Nationwide assignment opportunities Dedicated support throughout the assignment Potential housing assistance where available Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
