What You'll Be Doing- Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure safe, efficient production of materials
- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to support continuous operations
- Load, transport, and handle raw materials and finished products as required
- Follow safety procedures and company policies while maintaining clean work areas
- Communicate effectively with team members to meet production goals and resolve issues
- Demonstrated ability to safely operate or learn to operate heavy industrial equipment
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety standards
- Mechanical aptitude with problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication and teamwork capabilities
- Reliability, adaptability, and willingness to learn new processes and technologies
- Ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, climb, and lift or move materials up to 50 pounds
- Capability to work at heights and in confined spaces as needed
- Manual dexterity to operate controls, tools, and equipment safely
- Visual and hearing ability sufficient to recognize hazards and monitor equipment performance
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
- Starting Pay $24.00 per hour DOE
