Handle client relations, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure project success. Qualifications: Master’s degree in biology, environmental science, earth science, botany, soil science, wildlife biology, ecology, or a related field. 2–5 years of independent, professional field biology and project management experience. Bachelor’s degree with demonstrated field experience may be considered in lieu of a Master’s degree. Experience working in the residential development sector, municipal government, energy sector, or related industry. Wetland delineation certification or documented training experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills, computer literacy, ability to work independently and as a team leader, and multitasking ability. Proficiency with office software and willingness to work outdoors in variable weather conditions. Experience with ArcGIS, handheld Trimble GPS, or renewable energy sites is a plus.
