As the company prepares for a global website launch and continues to invest in patient education, it needs skilled writers who can turn complex health and product information into copy that is clear, engaging, and easy to act on. This is a high-visibility opportunity to shape content that reaches patients and caregivers around the world.
Responsibilities

• Draft new Learning Center articles from approved content briefs, translating clinical and product information into clear, patient-friendly language.
• Update and refine existing educational content to keep messaging accurate, accessible, and current.
• Rewrite copy for website pages with high bounce rates to improve clarity, readability, and engagement.
• Implement SEO and AI-optimization (AIO) recommendations across new and existing web pages.
• Draft content for a future-state website experience, converting workshop outputs and stakeholder direction into polished, publish-ready copy.

Qualifications

Required

• Proven experience writing web copy for a medical device company required.
• Available to work part-time (approximately 20 hours per week) with the ability to expand to full-time (approximately 40 hours per week) starting in the new year.
• A portfolio of writing samples is required with your application.

Preferred

• Experience writing web copy specifically for diabetes-related products or education
• Experience supporting a global website launch
• Familiarity with SEO and AIO best practices for web content
