Social Media Marketing Specialist

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Social Media Marketing Specialist in Marlborough, MA. Summary: We are seeking a hands-on Paid Social Media Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns across major platforms, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn advertising. This role combines paid media expertise with content creation, project management, and performance analysis to drive marketing results across social and web channels. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns, with a primary focus on LinkedIn
- Manage social media posting, community engagement, and audience response
- Recommend strategy adjustments based on performance metrics and industry trends
- Write platform-optimized copy, headlines, and video descriptions
- Support employee advocacy programs and internal content distribution
- Develop and maintain web pages, ensuring SEO and design best practices
- Partner with Content and Creative teams to produce social media assets
- Identify and manage influencer partnerships as needed
- Maintain a social media content calendar and manage project timelines
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, optimizing for ROI and engagement
- Deliver regular performance reports and translate insights into strategy recommendations
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience
- Hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns, particularly LinkedIn advertising
- Experience with budget allocation and multi-channel campaign planning
- Strong understanding of SEO and web design principles
- Video editing and content creation skills
- Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience with Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising
- Digital Asset Management (DAM) experience
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
