Key Accountabilities 

The Sales Account Installation Specialist is responsible for the system installation of new and renewal Commercial groups and plans to include; the interpretation and communication of benefits, value adds, billing and eligibility structure and associated rates. This position will work closely with the sales and account management teams to ensure groups are properly setup after their effective date. The Sales Account Installation Specialist will also handle audits to ensure proper benefits are setup. Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field
• Insurance and/or Healthcare industry knowledge

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of work experience beyond degree
• Experience with COSMOS and / or HealthRules is preferred
• Experience working with both fully insured and self-insured health plans
• Excellent customer service skills
• Problem-solving
• Multi-tasking
• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
• Works well in a team environment

This position is an Office role, which requires an employee to work onsite, on average, 3 days per week. We are open to candidates located near one of the following office locations: Minnetonka, MN, or Madison, WI.

The full salary grade for this position is $56,600 - $97,000. While the full salary grade is provided, the typical hiring salary range for this role is expected to be between $56,600 - $84,840. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data.  In addition to compensation, Medica offers a generous total rewards package that includes competitive medical, dental, vision, PTO, Holidays, paid volunteer time off, 401K contributions, caregiver services and many other benefits to support our employees.
