We are currently looking to fill 2 full-time night shift positions.

Position Highlights:

· Take charge of effective administration during your assigned shift.

· Lead and mentor a team of skilled nurses and nursing assistants.

· Assess and evaluate nursing service needs for optimal patient care.

· Collaborate closely with the nursing staff to ensure high-quality care delivery.

Qualifications:

· State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). BSN preferred

· Minimum of 2 years of experience.

· Supervisor experience of 2 years (preferred).

Responsibilities:

· Lead and evaluate the performance of nursing staff and nursing assistants.

· Perform staff nurse duties when required.

· Plan and administer nursing services for the designated unit.

· Ensure safety measures and disaster protocols are known and practiced.

· Manage supplies and equipment efficiently.

· Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and care plan initiation.

· Reassess patient progress and revise care plans as needed.
